Ground Floor
The house entrance
As you cross the threshold, you enter a welcoming room where a shoe rack and coat racks make organization easy. This is also where you'll find all the tourist literature you need to plan your local discoveries.
Open kitchen and dining room
The central space is occupied by an open, fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining room where a spacious table can accommodate up to ten guests, creating the perfect atmosphere for warm, shared meals. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking accessories and plenty of crockery: nothing is missing to prepare tasty meals.
The Living Room
Just a few steps away from the kitchen, you'll find a comfortable living room: soft sofa, armchairs and coffee table invite you to relax. Settle in for a movie night with the TV, or take advantage of WiFi to stay connected. Younger guests and game fans will be delighted by the selection of games for young and old alike! The sofa can also be transformed into an extra bed (120x200) for a child, making this space as practical as it is cosy.
La Chambre Rouge (The Red Bedroom)
For your convenience, the double room with a 160x200 bed is also located on the ground floor, perfect for those who appreciate privacy and rest.
The spacious first floor bathroom features a corner bath AND shower. Perfect for adults and children alike!
In the Corridor
A laundry room with washing machine, household products and vacuum cleaner is available for your convenience, as is a separate toilet with hand-washer.
On the first floor
The first floor, accessed by a wooden staircase, houses two family bedrooms and a shower room.

The Green Bedroom is the ultimate family bedroom!For parents: a Queen Size 160x200 double bed...
...and 90x190 bunk beds for the children.
The Family Bedroom
The large attic family room is a real haven of charm, with its exposed beams and brick walls.
It includes a double bed (160x200), two single beds (90x190) and a TV, creating a peaceful space where everyone will find their own corner of comfort.
The bathroom
The bathroom features natural materials: brick walls, terracotta floor tiles and a travertine shower. A vanity unit and WC complete the space.
Outdoors
A charcoal barbecue awaits you for meals on the terrace, and a garden table lets you enjoy the sun at your leisure.
The small, private, enclosed garden is ideal for children to play in the playhouse with slide.
