Open kitchen and dining room
The central space is occupied by a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a vast dining room where a large table makes it easy to share warm meals with family and friends. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, cooking accessories and plenty of crockery: there's nothing missing to prepare and enjoy the local produce of a “gourmet” region.
Playroom
This multi-purpose room is ideally located on the ground floor to welcome young and old alike for fun and games.Thanks to its sofa-bed, it can easily be transformed into bedroom 1 “Martin-Pêcheur”.
The playroom includes table soccer, TV, X-Box 360 console and plenty of games for children of all ages.
Bedroom 1 “Martin-Pêcheur” (Playroom)
If required, the playroom can be transformed into a bedroom for two, with a comfortable bed thanks to a 160x200 cm convertible sofa equipped with a memory foam mattress topper.
The “Martin-Pêcheur” bedroom is equipped with a shower room and toilet, and renovated in early 2021 for maximum comfort.
Bedroom 2 “Mésange"
This 2-person bedroom is furnished with a 160x200 cm bed, which can be divided into two 80x200 cm beds on request.
It has its own shower room and toilet, providing an intimate and comfortable space.
Bedroom 3 “Tourterelle"
With two 90x190 cm single beds (which can be joined to form a 180 cm double bed), this bedroom is ideal for those who prefer a double bed or separate sleeping arrangements.
Like the other bedrooms in the house, it also has its own shower room and toilet.

Accommodating 3 people, this room features three 90x190 cm single beds, two of which can be combined to form a large 180 cm king-size bed if desired.

Outdoors

At the rear of the house, a beautiful wooden terrace is accessible via a pedestrian walkway, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or relaxing to the sound of the Amasse river below.
Below, the communal garden offers direct access to the Amasse, a branch of the Loire, an enchanting setting for a riverside stroll or picnic.
The local pétanque court is 50 m away, and a children's playground and city stadium are 200 m from the house. Petanque balls and boules are available at the house.
There's also a large, secure bicycle storage area with a water supply point, perfect for cycle touring lovers in this region, which is criss-crossed by numerous circuits.
